Overview

Park City Angels is a member-led angel group dedicated to improving the investing experience of both the investor and the entrepreneur. We provide a unique opportunity to individuals wishing to share in the early stage investment community. Investors apply finances and /or time and effort in exchange for equity in a start-up company with the goal of developing this venture into a significant return for the angels, the entrepreneur, and the community. It is our belief that angel groups can produce better returns than individual angels, and larger groups can produce better returns than smaller groups.

Park City Angels take pride in their membership - it is their experience, knowledge, investment and drive that encourages success within the group. The federal securities laws define the term “accredited investor” in Rule 501 of Regulation D as a person who has individual net worth, or joint net worth with the person’s spouse exceeds $1 million at the time of the investment or has income exceeding $200,000 in each of the two most recent years or joint income with a spouse exceeding $300,000 for those years and a reasonable expectation of the same income level in the current year.
